ABOUT TWOPAWS
TwoPaws began as a passion project between two best friends who wanted a single, joyful space to track their pet’s health, meet other owners, book vets, and grab supplies - something that simply didn’t exist in our part of the world.
Instead of juggling spreadsheets for vaccines, scrolling through scattered social groups, and hopping between apps to order food, we decided to build one intuitive experience that puts everything a pet parent needs in the palm of their hand.
We’re not a corporation - just two lifelong friends (and their furry co-founders) on a mission to make pet care simpler, more connected, and a lot more fun. Thanks for joining us on the journey!

Yes. The TwoPaws app is free to download and use on iOS and Android. You only pay for what you order from the shop or book with a vet or pet hotel.
The shop delivers across Cairo and Giza, most orders the same day, with the North Coast served in season through the app. Vet booking and pet hotels cover Greater Cairo, and we are adding governorates as partners join.
Over 2,000 products from verified Egyptian suppliers: dry and wet food for cats and dogs, litter, treats, toys, collars and leashes, beds, flea and tick care, vitamins and grooming, all at supplier prices with delivery fees shown before you pay.
Open the Vets tab in the app, pick a clinic or a home-visit vet near you, choose a time and confirm. You get reminders, and the visit notes land in your pet's health record.
Yes. Add as many pets as you like. Each one gets its own profile with health records, vaccination schedule, heat cycle tracking and vet history.
Pay cash on delivery or by card and mobile wallet through Paymob. Unopened items can be returned within 7 days, and damaged or wrong items are replaced or refunded in full.
