It serves as a source of calcium, phosphorus, and vitamin D3, which helps during pregnancy, breastfeeding, and cases of inflammation Joints. 2. A high source of Omega 3 and Omega 6, which help in the health and growth of hair and skin. 3. Increase fertility and sexual desire because it contains Omega 3, Omega 6, Vitamin E and Selenium. 4.
